@AeroportidiRoma I’ve called a few times to report a missing item, explaining where it was inside the airport and no help was attempted to give. One of your costumer service colleagues even hung up the phone to my partner who was helping me call.

@wizzair @AeroportidiRoma I have reached out to both the airport and Wizz air and there was no attempt from either to help. Only reply was that it was nothing returned despite of me telling where exactly they were within the airport.
