I know all to well the excruciating pain and just surviving day to day. I was so lucky to get my Hip replacement last December, I don't know what the future holds my knees are both really bad and my consultant told me I have no chance of surgery for the foreseeable. #BBCPanorama

Saturday is fine weather so hopefully our elders group will have a lovely day in Clacton. Our older people's group have waited so long to get out to the seaside. Fresh air, fish and chips a stroll along the sea front. So good for their mental wellbeing. Have fun

Holiday Play Scheme closes this Friday with a trip to Walton on The Naze. We reopen on Monday 6th September for all services. We will be welcoming new children to the nursery and out of school projects.
