Mate, all due respect, you’re making yourself out to be a good guy of the industry here when you’ve shown zero evidence of the fact. I got f@cked in the ass last week by Tradelocker downtime, but I didn’t “qualify” for compensation because I was outside of your made up 60 second window of when downtime started (started before NY opened!), because I didn’t have screenshot evidence (and no Time Machine). Then, I made a simple mistake on a profitable, fully funded account, and was shown ZERO leniency on your “Rules” (the ones designed to violate you)… zero.
Now today Tradelocker spanks a monkey again with live trades open, and this time it works out for me! My trade went 8k in profit on a 50k phase 1 account, so it passed to phase 2… yet I can’t close the f@cking trade due to a tradelocker issue. Your support team won’t listen and keep saying “try it now, it’s fixed” when it’s not.
Just saying… don’t claim to be the good guy.
Best response to this? Let me skip phase 2 as compensation and reinstate account that got liquidated well in profit.
@BitgetSupport @bitgetglobal 6 days now. Still no money. Apparently a lot of customers are experiencing the same issue. Your service and processes need to be improved drastically. This is unacceptable.
@bitgetglobal I’m really disappointed with the delay of getting fiat into my account. It’s been almost 3 days. I’ve provided all kyc docs which were approved over 24hrs ago but still no signs of my deposit. Very slow service. It shouldn’t be this difficult. Ticket #326408
