It’s been more than a month since I fully concentrated on my consulting business. It’s been a long long marathon - Immutable X, Consensys…
At Immutable X we grew from a startup to a $2.5 billion unicorn in less than year, made more than $20M from NFT sales, launched a multi billion dollar token - all in the course of a few months. All just to pivot over and over again to focus on what matters the most - creating value to the end users.
I always liked small teams to be honest. Small projects have more common sense, they adapt faster which helps them win in the end.
So now I decided to focus on what I do best - building teams, launching products from scratch and getting them into the hands of the first users.
So if you know any web3 funds or foundations, first-time startup founders I need to speak to, feel free to reach out here!
I have failed more times than I can count, and it’s okay. The only thing that matters is iterating. Over and over again. Until our clients become our best salespeople.
I used to think I was unlucky.
No matter how much I worked, I kept feeling stuck. Frustrated. Like I was missing something to succeed.
Then last week, a happy customer said “This is the best money I have ever spent”. And something “clicked”.
I was trained to believe that a great product is always about numbers, scale, impact and technology… Well, it’s not. It’s about people. Our messy lives. Our irrational behavior. In the end, success comes down to one thing: creating something that WORKS for people in this CHAOS.
Top performing teams need top performing food 🔝
For most of my life, I struggled with digestive issues. I even skipped meals at work to avoid the energy crashes that would slow me down. But everything changed when I realized that my energy, my focus, even my health—were directly tied to what I ate.
Here’s the truth: just like you work out for a stronger body, you need to invest a few hours each week to fuel that body with nutrient-dense meals that keep you at your best. No last-minute, stress-based food decisions—just food that strengthens your focus and energy from the inside out, every day.
If you’re part of a team working remotely that could benefit from eating better, let’s talk. We’re rolling out our alpha corporate wellness program now 🍀
I have been dealing with gut health issues since I was born. I spent my childhood in hospitals and didn’t have a single day where I wouldn’t feel pain after eating. When Natalie partnered up with dietitians to solve the problems I was dealing with my entire life - we found a huge gap between how we should be eating and the options we are exposed to every day.
Our food system is completely broken. We are misinformed. Something that is supposed to nourish us, is killing us.
I believe that we don’t have to choose between tasty-healthy-convenient. We developed a solution that encompasses evidence-based guidelines powered by most advanced studies, is designed for complete beginners in the kitchen and, most importantly, tastes so good it’s hard to believe it’s plant based and is actually good for you.
Our mission is to make people as independent as possible during these turbulent times by starting with ourselves 🍀
Blue zones are areas in the world with a much higher percentage of centenarians, and the population there is 90-95% vegan simply because they can’t afford meat :) It also means that our daily choices can have more impact on our longevity than most expensive anti-aging procedures
Bryan Johnson is the most measured human on earth. His goal is to “live forever”. He has optimised his diet for maximum anti-aging. And yes, he is vegan 🍀
🎯 The real need now isn’t just more apps, gadgets, or data. What we really need are science-driven solutions that can transform all this information into practical, accessible guidance—so we can all live to 120 and beyond.
All major product innovations have resulted from advancements in tech and science, and Stanford’s influence is one of the key reasons why Silicon Valley became the global innovation hub it is today.
With the democratization of testing and advancements in AI, the future is clear: wellness will be accessible to the masses. Everyone will be able to become their own longevity coach from the comfort of their home, at a fraction of the cost.
💡 When I started in tech, the focus was on the internet, phones, and apps. My takeaway from this week is that preventative precision health and wellness is on the same trajectory as the tech sector two decades ago.
