so we have welcomed him back into the home once more.
We will be supporting Mudi with education or a vocational course so that he can continue his life in a loving and supportive environment. ๐
n 2019 we were able to support Mudi off the streets of Iringa via the Safe House. Then in November 2020 we were pleased to re home him with his Grandma and support him back into education.
Unfortunately, living with his Grandma is no longer a safe environment for Mudi...
If I had not run away none of this would have happened and I would have been a house wife with lots of childrenโ.

Mohamed is 12 years old and was brought to our founder during a suicide attempt last month. We managed to get him to the hospital in time and we are so grateful that he survived.

Over the past 3 months the โSafe Houseโ has been vital for over 24 current street children and young adults.
At the โSafe Houseโ street children and young adults are able to come for food, support and guidance in a life away from the streets.
Recently, this house has also acted as a Safe Haven for 6 children who were involved & witnesses to a rape case. Due to this support, whilst reporting to police, the children were able to feel safe and protected.
