Federal judge denies Matthew Farwell request to toss evidence collected from his iPhone cloud, which included horrific images and references to pedophilia, prosecutors say.
His request for bail also denied. He will go on trial on charges that he killed Sandra Birchmore and her unborn baby this fall.
