@AerLingus Thanks for this have received a reply hopefully you have seen that they have been unable to answer my query. Waiting to hear back from your refunds team and have been advised not to cancel new flight for tomorrow. So will wait on hopefully a sensible resolution.

@AerLingus flight on Sunday 26th Dublin to Newark cancelled I have had confirmation I’m now in a flight to JFK where I will not be permitted entry! I did not agree to this submitted online forms to query. Appreciate busy time but left it to 72 hour as advised please contact ASAP!
