Happy New Year!
Malahide Castle awash in a light show for Wonderlights 2025. An amazing festive display.
The 12th century castle was home to the Talbot family. Steeped in history it even served as a Royal Flying Corps Airbase for airships during the Great War.

Members of Óglaigh na hÉireann and invited guests gathered last week for the annual Defence Forces Christmas Carol Service at the Church of the Defence Forces, Sacred Heart Church, Arbour Hill.
The service was honoured by the attendance of Uachtarán na hÉireann, Catherine Connolly.
The evening featured performances by New Dublin Voices, The Army No. 1 Band, and The Defence Forces Pipe Band, creating a reflective and dignified celebration of Christmas. The service also raised funds for the Capuchin Day Centre, continuing a long-standing tradition of community and charity within the Irish Defence Forces.
