The Irish Post have received a leaked letter from the ATD Army Council to Sinn Féin TD, usmarineevan. This comes after Evan successfully passed legislation banning members of paramilitaries from serving in the dáil.

Sinn Féin has held their Deputy Leadership debate. Both Evan and Valourist refused a comment when asked about their confidence in Michael McGrath's leadership, but towards the end Valourist announced he would be contesting the leadership of Sinn Féin.
