Interpros and ail constantly moved in the calendar.
No intention to expand ail.
No under 20s doesn't give extra 2 years between U-18 to senior.
Expecting players to cover both 7s and 15s.
Need more definitive pathways or ways of retaining players at all age grades.

@IrishWomens Very, but needed in my opinion. Reason being is gets people wanting change and considering the growing profile of the women's game, people will expect more from the irfu heads to players, but got to start with the irfu deciding how important the XV's side of the game is.

@IrishWomens Besides this is the culmination of 2 plus years of bad PR for the irfu.
In a way I'm glad this bad patch is happening as it's showing the failings of the irfu when it comes to the women's game and that meaningful change needs to happen.

Average score per game 38.4 to 5.
Not great reading in that respect.
But with the WXV upcoming and where we're at being in tier 3, for now, may help us.
