@UtilitaEnergy Smart meter installed not working told id have to ring back for an engineer to call out & got cut off & told I can’tseitch suppliers. Rang back back and was told what I was told previously was incorrect. Cut off again but at least they rang back.

@thetrainline On 10/12/2023 I traveled on 16:38 Glasgow to Manchester Piccadilly but the connecting train from Preston to Manchester Piccadilly was cancelled.

@thetrainline The 19:19 train from Preston to Manchester Piccadilly was cancelled. It was for Northern Trains only. I had to get a taxi back to Manchester. I would like the Preston to Manchester Piccadilly leg of the journey refunded.

@WHSmith I just went to purchase a lottery ticket in the shop in Liverpool Lime street today at 16:30 & was told only the self service tills were in operation even though there was someone standing behind the till at the time. I would appreciate an explanation. Thank you
