💪🏼💕After 30-something years of training, here is my advice:
1. Walk outside.
2. Improve your mobility.
3. Lift HEAVY.
4. Eat huge amounts of protein.
5. Don't eat crap.
6. Get your nutrition from real foods.
7. Get plenty of rest.
8. Don't put up with assholes.
9. Pet dogs.

@MelindaHoward4 @HailStateFB My dad had a similar fall a while back. He looked like he went a couple rounds with Tyson. Hope your dad is doing OK.

@BrownEyedMale That is crazy.

[ANGABEL💪🏼💕 @IronAngabel]

@CountryTasha86 I feel seen! 💕

@7_investor Dude, the magnesium in the epsom salts is great for your muscles. You don't even need to do a full bath- your skin can absorb it if you just soak your feet.

@agonyhope1817 Good Luck! I'm off to Costco.

@brett_zky Luckily just crawling on him. It was so tiny though. Just not cool. I keep thinking I feel things crawling on me now, even though I checked everywhere and showered.

Kid just found a teeny tiny deer tick on his leg. I'm going to go cry in a corner, now. 😱

[ANGABEL💪🏼💕 @IronAngabel]

@MelindaHoward4 Just a completely unnecessary creature.

[ANGABEL💪🏼💕 @IronAngabel]

@RET5344 @Mangan150 Same. So many of those guys are just kind of looking for an excuse to fight all the time.

[ANGABEL💪🏼💕 @IronAngabel]

@Mangan150 Awareness of your surroundings is the best self-defense.

You can just fit in a few pull-day sets while you are in queue for Iron Banner matches. No one can stop you. 💪🏼💕

@japan_nobunaga Here's an actual photo. It was an amazing tribute.

[ANGABEL💪🏼💕 @IronAngabel]

@KobraSportsMed 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣

[ANGABEL💪🏼💕 @IronAngabel]

@Picobal11 @BowtiedQueenBee It's so crazy to me. When we were kids we couldn't WAIT to get our license!

[ANGABEL💪🏼💕 @IronAngabel]

@Picobal11 @BowtiedQueenBee Dude, my kid does NOT want to drive. It's like pulling teeth to get him behind the wheel. I hear this from more and more parents, too.

[ANGABEL💪🏼💕 @IronAngabel]

@TheCinesthetic So much better than the ending SK wrote.
