I was diagnosed with ADHD at 28.

I take Dexedrine daily in order to function properly and I'm starting psychodynamic therapy later this year to unpack the trauma associated with being un-diagnosed for so long.

Crush the stigma, mental illness is nothing to be ashamed of.
