@Dawnegan11 @YodelOnline They did the same to me two days ago. I chased this yesterday, 7th and was told it was 'out for delivery', the app then tells me I chose another day for it to be delivered - the 8th! I call them today and they're telling me they can't contact the driver😂😂😂 @TradeStandards

@BBCWatchdog Look into @YodelOnline and their FECKLESS drivers, and delivery system. Their Customer Service Team LIE non stop, and there is just NO accountability ANYWHERE. Just look at their twitter feed, it is a shambles and highly frustrating for all customers.
