Kiosks weren’t working,app coupon codes and QR offers didn’t work, I wasn’t given a proper bill,and the staff wasn’t cooperative

I filed an overcharging complaint through the official app, and it was resolved very smoothly without any trouble. Railway Police at Bhildi Junction also took quick and effective action. Really appreciate the prompt response by @IRCTCofficial @RailwaySeva @RPF_INDIA
