I bought a 2023 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Bronze Edition in 2025 for about $40,000. I like the vehicle itself, but @Toyota, the driver’s seat is so uncomfortable that it’s ruining the entire ownership experience. For a vehicle at this price, I expected much better.

@Toyota I’m 6'4" (193 cm), about 253 lb (115 kg). The seat is extremely firm, the cushion is too short, thigh support is poor, and the hard lower seatback presses into my sacrum. After long drives my back can hurt so badly that even walking is uncomfortable.
