@MajinBuusha Yeah for sure, I'm just thinking that this "study" is probably just a survey of random dudes who say they're right and probably aren't lol
Heartbreaking news for the Yu-Gi-Oh! community π
I recently learned the devastating news that fellow Yu-Gi-Oh! content creator Alex Cimo has passed away after a courageous battle with Stage IV colon cancer.
For many of us, Alex wasn't just another YugiTuber. He was a pillar of the Yu-Gi-Oh! community. A creator whose passion, positivity, and love for the game touched hundreds of thousands of players around the world. It's hard to put into words the impact one person can have on a community, but Alex's influence will continue to be felt for years to come.
My thoughts and deepest condolences go out to his family, friends, and everyone whose lives he touched. Rest in peace, Alex. Thank you for everything! ποΈ
@SPJithins Have fun with the wedding planning! It's temping to not get involved, but I'm glad I have been in mine. And if you want, I'm happy to share what we are doing for a Hindu/American hybrid (if that is similar for yours)
@PotatoMcWhiskey My take is that every couple has different circumstances, and if you're at the point where you're moving in together, you should be able to discuss and come to a reasonable solution (like what you suggested initially).
(In US, the mortgage company pays property tax from escrow.)
@PeccYz For smite, I absolutely did choose between the main stream and costreams, usually depending on how much I liked the current casting team. If one set was a team I didn't like listening to as much, but the next set was Finch/Aggro, I would go back to main for them.
@_JMacTucker Fresh garlic and onion/shallot over powder.
Dry spices: cayenne, smoked paprika, turmeric, Garam masala, and white pepper
Whole spices: cloves, green cardamom pods, fresh bay leaves, mustard seeds, and whole black peppercorns
Rec. Slap Ya Mama for a premixed spice blend
@_JMacTucker I like having 2 cutting boards - one for meat, one for everything else, and then flipping the sides if needed. Usually one side has a channel for juices. If I'm cubing raw meat I'll use the side with no channel, and if I'm resting cooked meat or cutting it, I'll use the side with
@_JMacTucker I also like having a variety of materials for cooking utensils. I have one wooden, several silicon, few cheap plastic. Cheap plastic for everyday, throw in the dishwasher, silicon for things that might be too sticky or oily to get off the plastic or wood, and wooden for high heat
@_JMacTucker Croc pot, dutch oven & at least one oven-safe medium pan for 1-pan bakes, at least 2 large cutting boards (and I like have a little one as well), hot plates, food processor (I also like using a pestle and mortar, but food processor will do a similar job)
