Appeal to authority, that psychiatrist wish he had authority over me. Dumb motherfucker diagnosed me with a chemical imbalance to create a hormonal imbalance. The chemical imbalance was just an opinion can't be substantiated. The hormonal imbalance is already proven!

The judge isn't qualified to judge a matter if they have to defer to authority. Especially when the authority is a trophy and not actual truth.

Accolades are cool, we can respect them, but never waive your own conscience in a matter. A judges duty is to discern the truth from the beliefs. Treating subjective opinion as observable fact, courts give way to much credence to accolades.

Placing professional infront of opinion doesn't convert the opinion into a fact. It's an opinion no matter how you dress it up, shove that opinion right up your opinionated ass.

How insane is the system, to think a degree converts opinion into fact? I don't care if he's highly educated if he's only providing opinion to the court it might be a professional opinion but what's the difference between a professional opinion is still an opinion not fact.

These judges simply defer to accolades as a proof then the accolades serves the opinion of the sheep carrying their trophy proudly. Where is the evidence, your degree is not evidence in the matter, your opinion and belief is circumstantial.

These judges are puppets taught to accept a degree, suddenly the degree, becomes the arbiter of truth and then opinion can be inserted in place of actual evidence or objective truth. Blood work, brain scans, you need more than an opinion and degree to prove your claim.

The only time sex has ever been assigned at birth is in the rare case of intersex otherwise its not proper to call it assigned because traditionally its denoted, assignments only in special case of intersex and not applicable to ordinary cases.

That extrapolation is erroneous
