Mark Carney wrote a whole book called “Value(s)” pushing what he sells as “inclusive capitalism.” In reality, it’s the same old socialism dressed up in a suit — government picking winners, punishing success, and spending money it doesn’t have on everything except the Canadians who actually pay the bills.

Look at what we’re getting for our money:

- Over $34 billion and counting on the Trans Mountain pipeline expansion after years of Liberal delays, court blocks, and virtue-signalling that drove the costs through the roof.

- $1.5 billion+ bailing out condo projects and bad real estate decisions that should have been left to the market.

- $8 billion+ poured into Ukraine while Canadian seniors choose between heat and food and our own military can barely function.

- Countless other slush funds, green schemes, foreign giveaways, and bureaucratic pet projects that keep growing every single year.

This isn’t compassion. This isn’t leadership. This is socialism in practice — higher taxes, exploding debt, and less freedom for the people who built this country.

Carney and the Liberals keep telling us they’re building a better world. The only thing they’re building is a bigger bill for you and your kids to pay.

Socialism always sounds noble… right up until the bill lands on your kitchen table.

Time to stop pretending this is working.

They coronated him with 130,000 votes and told the rest of the country this was the guy who would fix everything.

We’re living the results now.

Development charges. Building permits. Land transfer taxes. HST on materials. Parkland levies. Sales tax on everything from faucets to furnaces.

That’s not “helping affordability.” That’s government treating new housing like a cash cow they can milk before you even get the keys.

While young Canadians and families are getting priced out of ownership, municipalities and provincial governments keep stacking on more fees because they know they can. Builders pass the costs on, prices go up, and the same politicians turn around and blame “market forces” or “investors.”

This is why homes that should cost $600K end up at $1.2M.

It’s not just supply and demand. It’s government greed layered on top of bad policy.

If they actually wanted more homes built, they’d slash these costs instead of using housing as another revenue stream.

But they won’t. Because they like the money too much.

Canada's MAID program:

-Designed for individuals in an advanced state of irreversible decline. ie. terminal illness.

-96% of Canadians who have received MAID, are white.

-An Ontario man was assessed at a Tim Horton's parking lot & then driven straight to the procedure by the same doctor.

-An individual who suffered from seasonal depression was denied MAID in Ontario, but received it in BC. He had complications from diabetes but was not terminal.

-Multiple hospitals have offered MAID before treatment. A practice that should result in the revocation of the Doctor's medical license.

-The Liberals included mental illness, but as an exclusion that expires next year. Meaning, if it's allowed to expire, MAID will be available for those with mental illness.

None of this is compassion.

There is no version of these examples, that is medicine.
