Les travaux de modernisation de l’aéroport international de N’djili se poursuivent. Du côté du terminal domestique, plusieurs améliorations sont déjà visibles : la rotonde a été entièrement repeinte, de nouveaux dispositifs d’éclairage ont été installés et un groupe électrogène centralisé garantit désormais une alimentation électrique continue pour l’ensemble du terminal.

A WAKE-UP CALL !!

The United States is a heaven place for many refugees across the globe. Refugees like other immigrants obtain their permanent residents and U.S. Citizenship through the process United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (#USCIS).

These people enjoy their freedom, but they may turn their freedom into crimes unknowingly. It’s been almost 5 years some of the Congolese Tutsi supporting the M-23 rebel group backed by the Rwanda Defense Force (RDF), through fundraising, recruiting, and publicly admitting they are supporting armed groups.

For now, there is a scheduled demonstration that will take place in the Washington D.C. on April 20, 2026. The question is whether these people are aware that their permanent residences or their citizenship can be revoked if proven they have lied to the Immigration Service?

There was a recent incident for Iranians who their permanent residences have been revoked, Stated by the Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

Do #Isoko and #MAHORO PEACE ASSOCIATION explained to their fellow community members that they can lose their benefits of living in the United States if found they have lied to the Immigration Services? For more information, please refer your community members to the N-400 form in the Section 9, 8.b.

Innaceptable que ce discours soit tenu non seulement par le porte-parole parole de nos forces armées et pire sur la RTNC qui est la chaine nationale avec grande audience.
Le Général Sylvain Ekenge pense à tous les Tutsis qui servent sous le drapeau en ayant un discours incendiaire ?

Monsieur le Ministre @PatrickMuyaya en charge de la @rtncofficielle1 doit-on considérer que notre chaîne nationale est devenue une télévision de la haine?
Je suis surtout sidéré par le journaliste qui relaie avec conviction cette incitation à la haine du général Ekenge.
Chaque fois que la ligne rouge est franchie, nous ne tairons jamais!

An Open Letter to His Excellency @PaulKagame
President of the Republic of Rwanda
Subject: A Humble and Respectful Appeal for General Laurent Nkunda
Your Excellency,

With great humility and deep admiration, I address this letter to you not as a politician, nor as a partisan voice, but as an independent citizen of the Great Lakes region, someone profoundly touched by the wounds of our shared history and the enduring hope that your leadership continues to represent.

Since 2009, General Laurent Nkunda has remained in Rwanda. Over these many years, he has shown restraint, patience, and profound respect for your authority placing his future in your wise hands and trusting in your discernment. His silence has not been passive, but purposeful, and deeply rooted in the values of discipline and respect.

Yet across the border, in eastern Congo, his absence is still deeply felt. At a time when many innocent communities Tutsi, Hema, Banyamulenge face ongoing extermination, displacement, and institutional neglect, his name continues to resonate with those who remember a time when they were not alone. He is a man who holds a unique ability to mobilize, unite, and inspire not toward division, but toward dignity, identity, and justice.

Your Excellency, as you know, the tragedy unfolding in eastern DRC is no longer a hidden crisis. Civilians are being uprooted, hunted, and erased systematically and often with the quiet consent of state structures. In such darkness, your voice and Rwanda’s moral leadership remain a beacon of hope. Without your decision, more than 30 years ago, to shelter thousands of Congolese refugees, many of us would have no life, no future, no story. You gave us protection when no one else did.

In 1994, you stood between death and survival and saved a nation from genocide. But your legacy has gone far beyond Rwanda’s borders. You have preserved generations that history tried to erase Congolese Tutsi, now scattered, still standing because you stood for them when the world did not.
We believe, with all our hearts, that you were raised for such a time as this. That God equipped you not just to govern, but to restore. You are more than a head of state, you are a testimony to divine purpose fulfilled through courage, clarity, and compassion.

This is why we appeal to your heart and leadership once more: to facilitate the safe and honorable return of General Laurent Nkunda to his homeland. His contribution would not be in isolation, but in harmony with others working for peace, reconciliation, and the rebuilding of shattered communities. His voice remains vital. His presence would be meaningful. His mission, unfinished.

This is not a political request, it is a human one. A spiritual one. A call to let those who once protected return to help rebuild. And we know that your decision, made with wisdom and mercy, will echo far beyond today it will shape tomorrow.

As it is written in Proverbs 21:1:
“The king’s heart is in the hand of the Lord; like a river, He directs it wherever He pleases.” May your heart, once more, be guided by that divine hand toward mercy, restoration, and peace.
