@BiblicGrounded Is it morally wrong for these countries to raise cats and dogs as livestock? Only if they live here. But it's not morally wrong in the areas that enjoy it culturally. It's entirely because the society they are a part of teaches them it's okay.
@BiblicGrounded It's the second one you wrote. Here in the United States, we don't tend to eat a horse steak, or cats and dogs. But there's quite a few groups that raise cats and dogs as a food supply.
In China, even south Korea, they eat cats and dogs. Anyone in the US, it's illegal.
@Sir_Kevin_001@doc_hex1337@Pirat_Nation dasani, aquafina, smart water, lifewtr, nestle and essentia, people are paying serious cash for tap water. It's not like they're tapping the sewer line, but it's the same water from the sink with added minerals. 33 ounce bottle of smart water from Walmart is $2.18.
@doc_hex1337@Pirat_Nation Except that literally everything not designed for gaming from ATMs and beyond all not only use Windows, but would serve no benefits and an extreme amount of money to make the pointless switch to any distro of Linux. Most ATMs today are still running on Windows XP.
@dilovar_miscevy@gabefollower Pc wouldn't be a better choice overall. The steam machine is literally off the shelf parts of a Pc designed to be easy to use and still being simple enough for a lot of people. Possibly upgraded down the line, but yeah. It's a pc running steamos
@DisaffectedPod Shortbread, Fudge, ice cream, filet o fish, chicken sandwich from chic fil a, there's recipes for all of it. And your food bill is going to go down and still, eating "brought in" instead of take out is extremely important if we're going to survive the insanity on both sides...
@DisaffectedPod But when you just look at the ingredients of any of it, and there's like YouTube instructional channels all over the place with people explaining how to do something. You can really create a lot of fun making these from home. Like we used to.
@TheWanderingAzn Now, billions enjoy pork products in places all over the world. Because science proved what faith could not. Millions died every year from infection, penicillin was a random discovery that gave us antibiotics.
@TheWanderingAzn You don't need a God to tell you to make sure you cook your bacon to 145F. It's why pork is forbidden in Leviticus. Because if you don't cook it properly, you get trichinosis, tapeworm, yerseniosis, etc. primitive people believed it was god killing them for eating pork.
@HailGenovia@sonicdrivein I just always find it convenient that usually when any company tries to change their app design some sort of benefit they offered suddenly stops working and they say the developer is aware of the problem and working to fix it and three months later it's still broken
@Otto_x090 They paid off the car Note, about $8,000 and then sent me a check for the extra money I had paid for the premium and a large settlement because the CarMax said I only owed $6,000. I'm not aware of any other insurance company that does that.
@Otto_x090 My car insurance did it for years, until about 2005 or so. My 6 month premium was $180 and if I didn't get into any accidents or tickets, they took about $80, and sent me a check for the $100. When I wrecked my 2016 Ford fiesta, the claims adjuster said the car was a total loss.
