Area Traffic Officer (ATO) Brian Smith was conducting high visibility enforcement when he stopped a resident named Jessica whose children were not wearing their seatbelts. The car seat for 3-year-old Scarlet was not secured properly and in poor condition. (1/4)

-Irvine Blvd remains closed from Alton to Sand Canyon.
-All areas, including roadways, north of Irvine Blvd remain closed as part of the mandatory evacuation order. -Great Park Blvd is closed east of Sand Canyon.

Last night just before 8 p.m., officers responded to the Centerpointe Apartments located at 7725 Gateway for a report of a suspicious subject walking in the parking garage.
