Citing SFJ Will use SATLUJ For Khalistan Propaganda - IDC 9th July order Recommends Government To KEEP BLOCK on “Satluj”
The Government’s Inter-Departmental Committee (IDC), in its July 9 order, recommended that the film “Satluj” remain blocked from public access, referring to Sikhs For Justice (SFJ), a pro-Khalistan group that is declared an unlawful association under the UAPA, will use the film for Khalistan propaganda.
Recommending to keep block on Satluj, the Government’s Inter-Departmental Committee (IDC) rested its national security case on two grounds:
Pro-Khalistan organisation “Sikhs For Justice (SFJ),” listed under the UAPA.
The alleged “misuse” of the film by Pakistan.
In its July 9 order recommending that the film “Satluj” remain blocked from public access, the government panel raised the spectre of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act by observing that:
“Khalistan-related propaganda, foreign-based separatist mobilisation, and hostile information operations are continuing concerns, with multiple pro-Khalistan organisations listed as terrorist organisations under the UAPA framework.”

Pro-Khalistan Sikhs Confront PM Carney in Australia — “No Trade with Modi Until Justice for Shaheed Nijjar”
Prime Minister Carney was confronted by pro-Khalistan Sikhs who held a “Justice for Shaheed Nijjar” rally outside the Lowy Institute in Sydney, demanding accountability before Canada advances any trade with India.
“We are here to remind Prime Minister Carney that you are pursuing a trade deal with the Modi regime that directed the assassination of Khalistan Referendum organizer Shaheed Hardeep Singh Nijjar — a Canadian citizen — on Canadian soil,” said rally participants.
The rally was organized by Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) to demand justice and accountability for the assassination of Shaheed Nijjar before any expansion of Canada–India trade relations.
Accountability for Shaheed Nijjar’s Assassination: Carney’s India Trip Faces Sovereignty Questions:
Pro Khalistan Group Thanks Canadian Media
“I acknowledge and thank the Canadian media for standing firm in defense of Canadian values and the rule of law.” — Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, SFJ General Counsel
CALLS For “POETIC Accountability” Following International Laws After Carney FAILS Sovereignty TEST
— Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, General Counsel for Sikhs For Justice (SFJ), today thanked the Canadian media for upholding the rule of law and defending Canadian sovereignty amid India’s campaign of transnational repression against pro-Khalistan Sikhs.
Before delivering his message to Prime Minister Carney, Pannun acknowledged the role of Canadian journalists in maintaining accountability and public scrutiny.
“Khalistan is a political opinion,” said Pannun.
“It is being expressed peacefully through the Global Khalistan Referendum.”
Pannun questioned how India’s Modi government has responded to that political opinion.
“With bullets. With violence. With transnational assassinations.”
Pannun cited the June 18 assassination of Shaheed Hardeep Singh Nijjar — President of the Surrey Gurdwara and a Khalistan Referendum organizer — alleging involvement of Indian R&AW agents.
Pannun further alleged that an official from the Indian Consulate in Ottawa paid $50,000 to a hitman to target Canadian Khalistan Referendum organizer Inderjeet Singh Gosal, who had been offered witness protection along with his family by RCMP.
And Now the family of pro-Khalistan Sikh Moninder Singh in Surrey has also been warned for being a target.
“The Modi regime has crossed a red line,” Pannun stated.
Referencing the failed murder-for-hire plot in the United States, Pannun cited a federal indictment, a guilty plea, and the placement of an R&AW agent on the FBI’s wanted list as evidence of India’s Modi government directing and funding assassination plots.
Pannun stated that Prime Minister Carney failed a sovereignty test by not directly confronting India’s Modi regime so far.
“We Canadians hoped — though without confidence — that on March 2 the Prime Minister would address the Modi regime’s violence against pro-Khalistan Sikhs in Canada,” Pannun said.
Quoting Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Pannun added:
“Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.”
Pannun declared that pro Khalistan Sikhs will pursue “poetic accountability” under international law against India PM Modi and all those Indian ministers and diplomats who are orchestrating assassination plots and running spynetwork in Canada, US, UK and EU countries.
PM Carney has effectively given Modi Regime a “License to Kill” Pro Khalistan Sikhs on Canadian Soil with impunity, added Pannun.

6 JANUARY – REMEMBERING
SHAHEED SATWANT SINGH – SHAHEED KEHAR SINGH
NY TIMES:
India Hangs Two Sikhs Convicted In Assassination of Indira Gandhi
6 January 1989
Two men convicted in the assassination of Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in October 1984 were hanged this morning, the Government announced.
The two condemned men, Satwant Singh, 25 years old, and Kehar Singh, 54, both members of the Sikh reliegion, this week exhausted all remaining legal avenues and appeals for clemency. The younger man was one of two bodyguards who fired at Mrs. Gandhi; the elder man was convicted of conspiracy in the crime.
In anticipation of possible violence after the executions, the New Delhi metropolitan area and parts of nearby Haryana and Punjab states have been under heavy security for more than 24 hours. Troops were positioned in sandbagged gun emplacements at New Delhi's Tihar Central Jail, where the hanging took place at 8 A.M., and at other important Government buildings and official residences. Cremation to Avoid Protests
Prison officials, quoted by the national news agency, the Press Trust of India, said Thursday night that the men would be cremated within the jail after the execution, apparently to avoid demonstrations likely to result if the bodies were turned over the families.
The Government has said that the two men were part of a Sikh plot of revenge against the late Prime Minister, who in July 1984 had ordered troops pursuing militant Sikh separatists to storm the Sikhs' holiest shrine, the Golden Temple, in the Punjabi city of Amritsar. Punjab, the traditional homeland of the Sikhs, has been torn by violence since.
A third suspect condemned to death for conspiracy in the case, Balbir Singh, was acquitted on appeal to the Supreme Court in August.
A fourth man, Beant Singh, was killed by the police shortly after he and Satwant Singh shot the Prime Minister at close range. Authorities say that he tried to pull a gun on officers who had him in custody. Succeeded by Her Son
Mrs. Gandhi was shot a killed by Satwant Singh and Beant Singh on Oct. 31, 1984 as she walked along a stone pathway through the garden between her home and an office in the same residential compound. The slain Prime Minister, who was 66 years old, was immediately succeeded by her son Rajiv, who confirmed his position in an election in December of the same year.
Mrs. Gandhi's assassins were trusted bodyguards who, Government prosecutors have charged, were part of a conspiracy fostered by Kehar Singh, a former government clerk. Kehar Singh was not present at the assasssination, the site of which has been made a national shrine.
Kehar Singh's family, backed by some prominent Indian intellectuals, legal experts and Sikh community leaders, campaigned to reverse the death sentence against him, saying that the evidence of his involvement is not conclusive. An officially commissioned report on the killing has never been made public, raising questions about the prosecution's case.
The Sikhs, who are among India's most successful farmers and business leaders, belong to a religion incorporating both Hindu and Muslim elements that was founded in the northern Indian subcontinent at the turn of the 16th century. Sikh men customarily use Singh, meaning lion, as part of their name, often as a surname.
BATTLEFIELD 2026 Is DECLARED By Sikhs For Justice as another year of RESISTANCE to END India’s occupation of Punjab and RECLAIM sovereign right of self-determination through KHALISTAN REFERENDUM.

QAUMI SHAHEED JATHEDAR GURDEV SINGH KAUNKE
Note: The position of Jathedar, Akal Takht holds supreme authority in Sikh governance and is often compared to the role of the Pope in Christianity.
On 1 January, the Sikh Nation commemorates the Shaheedi of Gurdev Singh Kaunke — the Akal Takht Jathedar, appointed by Sarbat Khalsa (1986), who was brutally martyred by the Indian State in 1993.
FACTS HISTORY CANNOT ERASE
▪️ 1986: Sarbat Khalsa appoints Jathedar Gurdev Singh Kaunke as Akal Takht Jathedar, restoring Panthic sovereignty after Indira Gandhi ordered the Indian Army attack on Darbar Sahib, Amritsar, infamously known as Operation Blue Star.
▪️ Jathedar Kaunke stood firmly for Gurmat and the Sikhs’ right to self-determination, to liberate Punjab from India’s occupation.
▪️ December 1992: Jathedar Kaunke was arrested by Indian police, led by Swaran Ghotna — father of Satinder Singh (DIG), who is presently implicated in fake encounters targeting Khalistan Referendum activists — during India’s counter-insurgency terror campaign in Punjab.
▪️ 1 January 1993: Jathedar Kaunke, who continued to recite Gurbani while being tortured, was killed in police custody.
SHAHEEDI THAT CONTINUES TO INSPIRE KHALISTAN REFERENDUM MOVEMENT:
Pro-Khalistan Sikhs continue to draw inspiration from Shaheed Jathedar Gurdev Singh Kaunke, who lived and died for:

PRO-KHALISTAN SIKHS CONFRONT AND FORCE INDO-UK HINDU PROTESTERS TO RETREAT OUTSIDE BANGLADESH EMBASSY IN LONDON
SCUFFLE FORCED INDO-UK HINDUS TO DISPERSE
London | Breaking
Paramjeet Singh Pamma, Coordinator of the Khalistan Referendum, confronted a group of Indo-UK Hindu protesters outside the Bangladesh Embassy during a demonstration linked to the killing of Hindus in Bangladesh.
A brief scuffle broke out between an Indian Hindu protester and Pamma. UK police intervened promptly, separated the groups, and restored order. The intervention followed the dispersal of the Indo-UK Hindu protesters from the immediate area.
PRO-KHALISTAN SIKHS FORMED A PROTECTIVE PRESENCE
Pro-Khalistan Sikhs formed a protective presence around the Bangladesh Embassy, raising slogans including:
• “Who Killed Hadi — Modi, Modi, India”
• “Who Killed Shaheed Nijjar — Modi, Modi, India”
‘MOST WANTED’ BY INDIA — FREE IN THE UK
Paramjeet Singh Pamma is officially listed by India as a “most wanted terrorist.” This designation is India’s political and security label, repeatedly used against Khalistan activists.
The facts on the ground are clear:
• Pamma lives openly in the United Kingdom
• No UK court has convicted him of terrorism
• No extradition request has succeeded
• UK authorities have not validated India’s claims.
DHAKA UNIVERSITY STUDENTS ACKNOWLEDGE SFJ’S SUPPORT BY RAISING “KHALISTAN ZINDABAD” SLOGANS IN SOLIDARITY WITH THE PUNJAB INDEPENDENCE REFERENDUM MOVEMENT
“MOTHER OF TERRORIST — MODI MODI, INDIA INDIA ECHOES IN DHAKA
Dhaka University students raised “Khalistan Zindabad” slogans while also chanting “Mother of Terrorist — Modi Modi, India India,” acknowledging the support of Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) and expressing solidarity with the Punjab Independence Referendum movement. The slogans reflected rejection of what students described as the Modi regime’s transnational repression across South Asia.
The chants followed SFJ’s global “LOCKDOWN” of Indian embassies across Five Eyes countries, an action aimed at internationalizing allegations that the Modi regime is attempting to destabilize Bangladesh ahead of the February elections, including through the assassination of student leader Osman Hadi.

سکھس فار جسٹس کے قانونی مشیر گرپت ونت سنگھ پنوں کا بیان
“In light of Indian Defence Minister Rajnath’s open threat to seize Sindh, Pakistan must immediately open a special enlistment channel for Sikhs willing to join the Pakistan Army for the defence of Sindh.” Stated Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, SFJ General Counsel.
1. SFJ requests Pakistan’s military command to authorize:
• Special enlistment of Sikh volunteers;
• Formation of a dedicated Sikh Defence Unit under Pakistan Army command;
• Deployment of this unit specifically for the defence of Sindh.
2. Global Sikh readiness
SFJ confirms that thousands of Sikh volunteers across the world are ready to join as soon as Pakistan issues an official call and enlistment protocol.
⸻
UN LEGAL FOUNDATION FOR SFJ’S POSITION
SFJ grounds its position in international law under the United Nations system, which recognizes the right of soldiers to conscientious objection — including refusal to participate in wars, missions, or operations that violate their moral, religious, or political conscience.
The UN recognizes conscientious objection primarily as a right to refuse military service, based on the freedom of thought, conscience, and religion under Article 18 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR).
The UN Human Rights Committee has affirmed that this right extends to individuals whose conscience is genuinely conflicted by the obligation to use lethal force, particularly in contexts involving unjust wars, ideological military operations, or coercive political objectives.

“In the past, we’ve publicly discussed transnational repression by the People’s Republic of China, India, ,,,,
Canada is a country that thrives in its diversity and guarantees the individual rights and freedoms of all within its borders. When foreign states (india) don’t share our respect for these rights and feel threatened or embarrassed by the lawful activity of individuals in Canada, they (modi government) sometimes resort to direct intimidation, influence, or reprisal. We refer to this as transnational repression.
Transnational repression disproportionately targets human rights and political activists (Shaheed Nijjar), journalists, and others in cultural, ethnic, and religious groups. We’ve observed this in Canada in the form of surveillance; in the spreading of false and discrediting information; extortion; the threatening of loved ones abroad; and, at its most extreme, threats to safety and life….”
INDIAN TERRORISTS STRIKE IN CANADA WHILE G7 HOSTS JAISHANKAR — ACCOUNTABILITY REPLACED BY A “BISHNOI” COVER-UP
MISSISSAUGA | NOVEMBER 12, 2025
Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) General Counsel, Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, stated that while Canada hosts India’s Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar at the G7 Summit, gunfire outside TIPS Immigration Services in Mississauga shows how India-linked violent networks tied to Amit Shah are operating across Canada with complete impunity — from Mississauga to Abbotsford.
This attack comes while there is still no accountability in the RCMP investigation into the assassination of Shaheed Hardeep Singh Nijjar, a Canadian citizen whose killing was linked to Indian officials by allied intelligence.
⸻
Using “Bishnoi” as a Cover-Up to Protect Indian Officials
Using “Bishnoi” as the explanation for every violent act has become Ottawa’s cover-up narrative.
According to SFJ General Counsel Pannun, Canadian officials and aligned media circles continue pointing violent incidents toward the Bishnoi Group, already designated as a terrorist entity by Canada —
as a way to give a clean chit to Indian officials directly involved in:
• the assassination of Shaheed Nijjar,
• the U.S.-exposed murder-for-hire plot against Pannun himself, and
• ongoing assassination attempts against Inderjeet Singh Gosal.
Pannun stated that this “Bishnoi-only” narrative deliberately hides the role of Indian diplomats, R&AW assets, and Amit Shah–directed networks operating through Indian Consulates across Canada.
If Ottawa recognizes India-based Bishnoi operatives as terrorists, Pannun stated, then the shootings outside TIPS Immigration and similar incidents must be identified as India-linked terrorist-style attacks, not gang violence conveniently detached from India’s state apparatus.
⸻
Resetting Ties Without Accountability Has Enabled India’s Networks
According to SFJ General Counsel Pannun, resetting diplomatic ties with India without accountability in Nijjar’s assassination has emboldened Indian operatives involved in extortion, espionage, and assassination plots coordinated from Indian Consulates.
Pannun stated that resetting ties without justice for Nijjar has given a license to Indian networks tied to Amit Shah to expand operations from Toronto, Vancouver, and Ottawa Consulates — activity that has intensified since High Commissioner Dinesh Patnaik’s posting.
⸻
A Blood-Stained Reset
“As Jaishankar — the global ambassador of India’s transnational violence — is being honoured at the G7 table, Indian terrorist activity is unfolding in Mississauga,” stated SFJ General Counsel, Gurpatwant Singh Pannun.
“This is the inevitable outcome of Canada’s blood-stained reset with Modi’s India.”
Pannun further stated that Anita Anand’s decision to host Jaishankar, while RCMP files remain open on Indian-directed killings, turns the G7 into a platform of impunity, signalling that New Delhi can target Canadian Sikhs and still be welcomed by Ottawa.
⸻
RCMP Must Address the Real Pattern
The 2024 RCMP investigation already identified Indian intelligence operatives under Amit Shah coordinating murder-for-hire plots and espionage across Canada, the U.S., and the U.K.
Pannun stated that the Mississauga attack and similar incidents cannot be dismissed as “Bishnoi gang crime,” but must be recognized as India-linked violent interference, tied to the same machinery responsible for Nijjar’s assassination and the Pannun/Gosal plots.
This pattern has doubled down under High Commissioner Dinesh Patnaik, under whose watch Indian Consulates have escalated extortion, espionage, and targeted violence.
🔥 24-HOUR KHALISTAN PICKETING CONTINUES… AGAINST FACE OF INDIA’S HINDUTVA TERROR — JAISHANKAR
🇨🇦 G7 PRESS CONFERENCE — MINISTER ANAND CAUGHT OFF GUARD ON INDIA’S ROLE IN NIJJAR ASSASSINATION
Before the opening of the G7 Foreign Ministers’ Summit, Canada’s Foreign Minister @AnitaAnandMP was caught off guard when questioned on the Indian Government’s role in the assassination of Canadian citizen Shaheed Hardeep Singh Nijjar.
Anand’s political and evasive response exposed Ottawa’s deepening moral and diplomatic crisis — as India’s Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar, the diplomatic face of Modi regime’s 2023 “KILL-PLOT” meeting, arrives in Canada under heavy security while facing 24-HOUR KHALISTAN PICKETING led by Sikhs For Justice (SFJ).
SFJ: ACCOUNTABILITY FOR INDIA’S “AXIS OF EVIL” — SHAH ▪ DOVAL ▪ JAISHANKAR
Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) states that accountability for India’s transnational terrorism begins with Amit Shah, Ajit Doval, and S. Jaishankar — the three-man “Axis of Evil” who masterminded the assassination of Shaheed Nijjar and the failed murder-for-hire plot against Canadian citizen Gurpatwant Singh Pannun.
Inderjeet Singh Gosal, another Canadian Sikh activist and target of ongoing Indian assassination plots, joins SFJ in warning that the Carney Government’s invitation to Jaishankar and its reset of diplomatic ties with Modi’s India amount to state complicity and condonation of foreign-directed violence on Canadian soil.
By branding Lawrence Bishnoi as a “Terrorist Organization” while shielding India’s terror command structure, the Carney Government is engaged in a criminal political cover-up — a clean chit to Modi’s regime that undermines Canadian sovereignty and emboldens further kill plots with impunity.
⸻
🇨🇦 Canada cannot claim to defend democracy abroad while bowing to Modi’s India — a regime orchestrating “KILL PLOTS” against Canadian Sikhs.
RED FORT DELHI IN FLAMES — MEMORIES OF 1984 SIKH GENOCIDE RETURN
The scenes of fire and destruction at the Red Fort have revived haunting memories of the 1984 Sikh Genocide — when Sikhs were burnt alive in buses, cars, and homes, their bodies turned to ashes on the streets of Delhi.
Once again, the air that once carried the smoke of burning Gurdwaras and Sikh families during the 1984 Sikh Genocide now echoes that same pain.
In 1984, under the watch of the then Congress-led Government of Rajiv Gandhi, Arun Nehru, and P. V. Narasimha Rao, Delhi became the killing fields of Sikhs — a city where death squads led by political mobs committed genocidal violence.

23 November - Ottawa - Canada
“Bachchan is GUILTY of the 1984 Sikh Genocide.”
— Akal Takht Jathedar Giani Kuldeep Singh Gargaj
SUMMONING Diljit Dosanjh on Akal Takht:
“…Only GURSIKHS Can Be Summoned… “ Akal Takht’s Tradition
“BOYCOTT Morally and Socially” -
The Akal Takht Jathedar’s declaration is a reminder to the Australian Sikh community during the 1984 Sikh Genocide Remembrance Days (1–19 November) that the Sikh Panth should morally and socially BOYCOTT those who align with or promote the perpetrators of the 1984 Sikh Genocide.
The Akal Takht Jathedar’s message calls upon Sikh community members across Australia and New Zealand to stand with the victims and survivors of the 1984 Genocide — not with those (Diljit Dosanjh) who elevate figures (Bachchan) linked to the violence.
1984 Sikh Genocide Unforgettable, Unforgivable and intolerable - Akal Takht’s officiating Jathedar, Giani Kuldip Singh Gargaj
“…linked to 1984 Sikh Genocide…..BACHCHAN…in the Sikh collective consciousness, the actor remains UNEXONERATED…..”
“…Boycott..all associated (DILJIT Dosanjh) with ….1984 Sikh Genocide Perpetrators
Akal Takht’s officiating Jathedar, Giani Kuldip Singh Gargaj
The Jathedar urged the Sikh community, particularly public figures, to socially and morally boycott all individuals, including political leaders, whose names have been linked to the 1984 Sikh Genocide, “Associating with them is like rubbing salt in the wounds of the Sikh community”.
Declaring that the 1984 Sikh genocide remains unforgettable, unforgivable, and intolerable, the Jathedar Stated “Hence, in the Sikh collective consciousness, the actor remains unexonerated”

REMINDER: NEVER FORGET THE NOVEMBER 1984 SIKH GENOCIDE — AND THE FACES BEHIND GENOCIDAL VIOLENCE
On the 41st year of the November 1984 Sikh Genocide, Daljit Dosanjh touched the feet of Amitabh Bachchan — the man who raised the “BLOOD FOR BLOOD” slogans.
After Indira Gandhi was pronounced dead at AIIMS on 31 October 1984, Amitabh Bachchan, calling Indira his mother, declared:
“…Blood stains of Indiraji’s killer must reach Sikh homes…” inciting Hindustani Death Squads with the genocidal slogan “Khoon Ka Badla Khoon” (Blood for Blood) — a call for vengeance broadcast nationwide on Doordarshan Television and All India Radio (AIR).
This televised “Blood for Blood” provocation organized and orchestrated the genocide of Sikhs, unleashing state-sponsored Hindustani Death Squads that massacred over 30,000 Sikhs, burned Gurdwaras, and raped Sikh women across India.
