People don’t get abortions at 34 weeks for fun
Late term abortions happen when there’s a catastrophic medical complication putting the life of mother & baby at risk
These are wanted pregnancies where the baby has died or is about to die
It should be between mother & doctor only
Its funny how everyone's idea of heaven is a complete untouched paradise, crystal clear waters, lush green forests, enough food for everyone, classless, moneyless, stateless, a utopia of peace, unity and happiness. But here on earth it's considered a leftist ideology
When I was 11yrs old, my classmate (also 11) got pregnant. The teachers at school called her “fast”. I remember, cuz it was my first time hearing “fast” used in that context.
Folks at church prayed over the 40-year old man who impregnated her. I still get mad every time I think about it.
No child is “fast”. But some adults are predators.
This woman, her husband (both California professors), & her minor son have been held for months in horrific conditions because her husband’s mom served as a translator for hostage takers in the 70s, before he was born.

Nothing should require an app. There should always be an alternative. You should always be able to leave your cell phone at home or not own one at all. This applies to everything but especially for something as basic as parking.
A hot take that shouldn't be: Everyone deserves to get their basic needs met. Everyone deserves food, water, and housing. No human being is unworthy of these things.
Ten years ago, Colten Boushie was killed on a Saskatchewan farm. The RCMP left his body in a field, in the rain, for hours. A jury with no Indigenous jurors acquitted the man who shot him.
Gerald Stanley is alive. Colten Boushie isn’t. Ten years later, that’s still the whole story.
The racism that killed him didn’t go away — it’s alive and well, still shaping who gets presumed innocent and who gets presumed guilty. This isn’t the past. It’s still happening.

DO NOT WATCH THIS SHOW.
@netflix will claim it's fictional, but it is very clearly inspired by & profiting off of the 2018 Humboldt Broncos bus crash which tragically killed 16 + injured 13 others.
Humboldt families have spoken out against this show: https://t.co/4aaJESUeo9
