A new update in Lil Durk’s case is starting to shift the conversation. 👀⚖️ While a lot of people online keep saying he’s “cooked,” legal voices are now pushing back on that narrative.

Attorney Bradford Cohen recently shared that he actually likes Durk’s chances at trial, saying the case is not a slam dunk and is definitely defendable. At the same time, Moe Gangat broke down how parts of the case have reportedly weakened — including allegations being trimmed down and certain evidence no longer being used.

According to the breakdown, some key points in the indictments have changed over time, and even timeline arguments have shifted, which could play a role in how this all unfolds in court.

With the trial now pushed back, it looks like this situation might be more complicated than people first thought.
