@thistled It’s literally automatic if you have a QR code, i got approved in 60 seconds after waiting more than 48hours. I’m just trying to help

@ExileSpain @ThailandPass no worries! so basically what I did was stating the real date of my two doses and then upload in the first field the certificate you get with the dates of your vaccination, and in the second field (QR) the Covid EU certicate. I uploaded the same documents for the two doses.
