@RoyalMailHelp every couple of weeks I'm logging an issue with deliveries and your phone line just put me on hold for over 15mins then hung up on me. I need to speak to someone about 2 missing items and the terrible service I'm getting

@adsquires@tomgiddings@chrischirp @LizStokoe @IndependentSage @Gallery_Plus Exactly. I love the data bits, would be the person who'd look it up. But in the moment I'm wandering round somewhere with my parents, or trying to find a room for a class/meeting at work being able to quickly go 💛 room: open the windows, 🟠 room: too small, would be very helpful
@adsquires@tomgiddings@chrischirp @LizStokoe @IndependentSage @Gallery_Plus Sure but you have to draw the line somewhere. If the ideal space was outside in a park then compared to that how cautious does this room require you to be? For psych experiments we had to consider if the participant would be at more risk than in their normal day, useful benchmark
@adsquires@tomgiddings@chrischirp @LizStokoe @IndependentSage @Gallery_Plus Maybe this is where the miscommunication is happening. Isn't the rating for the room as a whole? i.e. accounting for the size of the space, the capacity (people), the ventilation system and/or windows combined could be a safe space or a space that requires extra safety behaviours
