Musicians: please always do a contract! Even if you think if they're honest, trust me, they are not. For your own protection do contracts and trust no one. Always require a 50% non-refundable deposit and don't allow any organization to take advantage of you. #corrupt #corporate

Today’s focus:

Our own actions and behaviors

Not hers or his.

Don’t focus on what the other person does. Focus on what you do.

And don’t blame. Only we control our actions. They don’t.

[Dale Shover @Dale_Shover]

Today’s focus:

Go slow

When we rush everything, we also rush our brain.

When the brain is rushed, it tends to jump to conclusions, make assumptions, commit logical errors.

Then we get mad, take things personally, get triggered.

So slow down

She deflected the question. How about support in health care and nutrition to improve American’s health?

[Jessica Hodlr @jessicahodlr]

It was all about control, not your health.
