Next week, I will be taking 3 students and 2 teachers to Rome, Italy, all expenses paid by me.

All visas have been issued and all arrangements have been sorted.

The students will represent Nigeria in the Maths and Science categories of the International STEM Olympiad.

They will compete alongside 154 other countries.

The students who won the 2026 South East Maths Olympiad and the teachers who supported them are going. Both the teachers and the students will experience growth together.

I will continue to push our bright minds to global stages.

In 10 years, I pray you will be alive to see the outcome of our investments in our children today.

This time last year, I went to plait my daughter’s hair and her hair stylist suggested I allow her tie this skin tag on my face with a thread.

According to her, she has been doing it to other people and theirs won’t grow back !

I fearfully agreed and she tied it very tight. She said the skin tag sûcks blóòd, she has to make it tight to stop the blóòd flow.

The thread stayed on face for a whole week before the skin tag fell off!

This is something they said I am going to enter theatre so they can uproot it from the root!

This is exactly One year and nothing has happened to me, the scar from the place isn’t on my face again!

1. Write down the passwords to every app, wallet and account on your phone in a physical book. Keep it somewhere safe. If anything happens to you unexpectedly, your loved ones should be able to access what you left behind.

2. Have at least two trusted people in your life. Someone who trusts you and someone you trust. The person you trust should know your account passwords and be aware of your savings and investments. Not for control, for security. It is painful when someone suffers to make money, dies and no one gets access to what they left behind.

3. There are things you should never be loud about until you achieve them. Learn to be quiet sometimes. And no, I am not talking about money.

4. When you visit a new place, be careful about what you eat and how much you drink. Requesting to use someone's toilet on your first visit is not a great look. Watch what goes into your mouth.

5. At the end of every day, lie down, reflect and tell yourself the truth about how the day went. If you offended anyone, send an apology text before you drop your phone that night. You will be surprised how much respect that simple habit earns you.

I’ve maintained silence for almost 3 weeks because we are still monitoring the situation of all our people, also PO’s counsel for the need for everyone to remain calm and I’ve also unplugged briefly to cool my head.

The focus remains the NDC Presidential election for all Obidients and we will ruthlessly work on that. The process of cleansing for a new Nigeria starts from the very top. The process of reforms….

The first and only time I ever bet on football was in 1990, when I bet that Cameroon would beat Argentina in the World Cup. The odds were 20-1. I bet £1 (that was all I could afford then) and won £20! Madam and I were living in one room in Seven Sisters, London, then. We were finally able to order egg fried rice and beef in oyster sauce from the local Chinese restaurant. Before then, it was just egg fried rice with chilli sauce and no protein.

I don’t suffer before for this my life o. And this woman suffered with me. Some days, we could only afford one meal and she would lie that she had eaten and give me the meal to eat when I came back from work. I grew up with many relatives living with us. So, by upbringing, I was raised not to finish everything on my plate. It was by watching how she wolfed down everything left on my plate that I finally realised that this woman had not eaten and had sacrificed herself to make sure I ate.

So, now, when anybody says “She’s the one eating all his money, I ask: “Before nko? Were you there when we were eating egg fried rice with no protein from Red Square Chinese Restaurant in 1990?” 😂

These Police Officers just parked me at Bolade, Oshodi, pointed guns at me, and forced me to transfer N100,000 them. When my bank app showed "exceeded transfer limit", they dragged me to a nearby POS to do it with my card.
