Emirates Airways Staff in Kansai, Osaka called in Police to quell riot by EK 402 passengers! Almost 600 passengers including children stranded in Osaka since 9 Aug at 8 pm. Poorest response! Unprepared! Incompetent! Will not fly Emirates again!

@emirates Emirates is the worst airline. Passengers on EK302 have been stranded in Kansai, Osaka since 9th August! No communication, No information! No empathy! Why would an airline treat its passengers so shoddily? I will never use Emirates again!
