@AndrewBGreene You forgot to add the learnings from the ongoing genocide in Gaza. I hope you enjoyed the fancy wine at the expo while writing your rubbish piece. I’d be ashamed.
@DeceptionImmac@CreakingG@SamanthaRatnam Nippon paper owns native timber plantations in western vic, but guess what, they choose to export that instead. To China, nonetheless.
@DarrenChesterMP That's what happens when you sign deals with big foreign corporations interested in profits only. Blame Andrews. Blame Nippon. You're doing nothing for Maryvale workers if you can't acknowledge this.

"[Our] demands are more urgent, more ambitious, and more widely shared and supported. The state government’s policy to end native forest logging in 2030 falls far short of community expectations for an immediate end to logging."

'There is no evidence that existing protections for worker safety are insufficient and need to be supplemented by these harsh amendments. The Andrews government is sacrificing our democratic freedoms to protect commercial profits.'

Terrible move by @DanielAndrewsMP The VIC gov has introduced changes to forest protest laws, with $21,000 in fines or 12 months in jail for stopping logging.
"I promise you that if I become Prime Minister, a Government I lead will not shut down the native forest industry in Tasmania." The federal forestry policy is also much to be desired... Lets drive a green slide home for the environment this VIC state election. #WorthMoreStanding
