This week at VSE Africa Training, I learned the true power of networking — connecting with people of different values and building real relationships, not just transactions. @Vseafrica#VSEAfrica#Networking
We were taught strategies for effective networking — how to start conversations, say something valuable, and exit politely. Confidence was key. @Vseafrica
Confidence grows through action, not waiting for the “right time.”
You don’t need to have it all figured out to start. You just need the courage to take one more step and keep going.

Confidence isn’t something you just “wake up” with, It’s something you build, little by little. When I first started showing up in spaces where people seemed to “have it all together,” I used to feel unsettled.
But here’s what I’ve learned: Confidence doesn’t mean knowing everything, it means trusting yourself enough to begin anyway.
You don’t need to be perfect to start, just stay consistent. Choose encouragement over criticism. You've started, be consistent, appreciate your growth.
