One of the biggest challenges as a community owner is trying to keep things running when you or your team aren't around. Fren One was built to give all projects and brands peace of mind, 24/7.
Community managers should not have to scroll forever to know what matters.
Fren One helps turn scattered activity into clearer signals teams can act on.
Community problems rarely start as disasters.
They start as small signals: repeated complaints, odd message spikes, sentiment shifts, or suspicious accounts.
Fren One helps teams catch those signals earlier — before they become cleanup work.
Ofcom’s Telegram investigation is a clear signal: online safety can’t be an afterthought.
Communities need proactive moderation, risk detection, audit trails, and escalation workflows built in from day one.
That’s the kind of safety infrastructure Fren One is building.
We definitely have some pretty awesome people. The results speak for themselves: some of the biggest brands in web3 and beyond trust our services to make their lives easier.
Did you know that Fren One also offers professional human community managers to augment your team? In an increasingly AI world, the human connection is more valuable than ever. Let our team do the heavy lifting. You're among frens here!
Our DMs are open.
Most community moderation solutions are text-based: regex filters, keyword lists, spam classifiers that read messages and nothing else.
Zefr tested this at ICCV 2025. Across 1,500 videos and three risk categories, models that could process images and video outscored text-only models every time.
The gap was biggest on content where the risk signal was visual, not written. That tracks with what we see in community moderation. Impersonation attacks don't happen in plain sight. They silently copy an admin's profile photo and display name and start DMing new members. A text-only solution doesn't even know it happened.
Our agents keep chats clean while automatically distributing content and answering questions. Community teams can spend more time on growth and less on chasing spam and answering repeat questions.

Chainalysis estimates that $17 billion was lost to crypto scams in 2025.
Biggest growth area? Not protocol exploits, not smart contract bugs, but social engineering (like those annoying DMs from fake admins in Telegram groups).
The attacks are getting smarter because scammers are using AI. AI-generated scam operations are pulling 4.5x more per campaign than manual ones.
This is what we think about every day when building Fren One. It's an arms race, and the community managers who are still relying on keyword filters are bringing a dictionary to a gunfight.
Telegram doesn't have a proper role system. Discord does. This was a pain point for us so we built one.
Now you can automatically grant roles to your first 100 members 🌟, your top contributors 🏆, or those with enough XP 🎮!

81% of community managers are now using AI tools at work (CMX 2025 report), but the fastest-growing use case isn't content generation, it's automating moderation (up 47% YoY).
Community teams are getting smaller. 17% of organizations now have zero dedicated community staff. The work didn't disappear, the tooling just evolved.

Impersonation scams in crypto grew 1,400% last year.* Most of these start in Telegram groups. We catch these automatically using photo hashing and similarity scoring. Our agent detects the match and bans the account in seconds.

The Telegram agent is just the beginning. True multi-platform management is around the corner and we can't wait to get this in the hands of our clients.
Juggling multiple platforms sucks. We know because we've been doing it for years. That's one reason we built Fren One-a single tool that serves as an autopilot for all platforms.
