Hi Dr. Gad, I wrote my first article on "Suicidal Empathy" last month as part of my Psychoanalysis training, crediting you as the originator of the concept. My approach, however, is psychosocial: I explore the phenomenon as a form of deliberate cultural programming, not as an evolutionary "bug."

I've already been invited to develop a book on the subject, focusing on cases here in Brazil as well.

As Peter Drucker said about Reengineering (the book that inaugurated an era of "big ideas" in the 90s): "Reengineering is the new and needs to be done." I believe the same applies to Suicidal Empathy - it is the great diagnostic idea of this moment.

Just as we saw titles on Reengineering, NLP, Emotional Intelligence, and Mindfulness define their decades, I believe "Suicidal Empathy" will be the essential framework of this one - the diagnosis that names what millions feel but couldn't articulate.

Victor Hugo said it better: "There is nothing more powerful in the world than an idea whose time has come."
