The reason I used the gym&church analogy is I’m dyslexic so mind thinks of things via analogies a lot of the time as complexed things to me become easier to grasp when I do this .

@laurchastain22 I personally wouldn’t as like the majority of people who enter a gym/church have to take personal responsibility for their own health physical or spiritual . it’s not that we do gym workouts or church ,but it’s more important what do in between these sessions.
