Cuando hay overbooking y se deniega el embarque, la aerolínea debe dar prioridad a los clientes con billete confirmado frente a personal en stand by o con billetes especiales (“non-revenue” o “rebajados”).

En casos de overbooking, @AirEuropa debería dar soluciones desde el inicio, no mandar a los pasajeros a la puerta a “esperar a ver qué pasa”.

Hoy en el vuelo Palma–Madrid, @AirEuropa nos dice que “la ley lo permite” y se escudan en el protocolo.
