Exhibit number 2: Maybe some of you seem to have forgotten, so let me remind you: Butter was sung by SEVEN men. Seven members of BTS. So no particular part belongs exclusively to one “trio” of members. It's a BTS song, and Jimin is part of BTS.

So to all you arrant noisemakers, make as much noise as you want because V decided to invite Jimin to join them in front of the camera, singing and dancing. That's your choice.

But it doesn't change the fact that Jimin is part of BTS and, even without an “invite,” he can decide to join his own members. And you know why? Because they're a TEAM. They're teammates. Nothing changes that—not even if you tag the governor. 😭. As a matter of fact, if any other member had joined the trio, nobody would bat an eyelid!

Sometimes I genuinely wonder why some of you are THIS angry over Jimin joining his own group members. You know what, I do not wonder because I know the reason why.

Instead of pretending you're upset because he “changed the trio dynamic,” maybe ask yourself why his presence actually bothers you this much.
