Good chat with President Trump tonight
He’s not giving up on the SAVE America Act
Neither am I
He’s as convinced as I am that we can get this done if the Senate’s willing to do the hard work
Pass it on if you’d like to see that happen
🚨 JUST IN: After the SAVE America Act hits 50 votes, Scott Presler is demanding the GOP force a real, old-school, hours-long talking filibuster on the Senate floor.
No hiding. No procedural games. Stand there and explain it to the country.
He called out Cory Booker directly. Tell 76 percent of black Americans why you oppose voter ID. Tell 82 percent of Latino Americans. Tell 83 percent of Americans overall why you are against photo ID.
Make them say it on camera. Make them own it.
Presler’s point is simple. If you believe in your position, defend it in public. Don’t bury it in Senate procedure.
Bring it to debate. Let the country watch.
WOW!
Senator Mike Lee is DOUBLING DOWN on his efforts to pass the SAVE America Act,
despite the fact that some of his colleagues falsely claim that they don’t have the votes.
“I’m not going to stop.”
“We need [the SAVE America Act.”
@BasedMikeLee
My thoughts after 3 months in the US/Texas🇺🇸:
- Americans are way more extroverted than Europeans
- Talking to strangers is normal here
- My first H-E-B trip felt like Boris Yeltsin seeing an American grocery store
- Some food is more artificial, but the amount of choices is insane
- You can still eat healthy. You just have to choose it
- High risk, high reward is real
- Way more people are entrepreneurial
- People dream bigger than in Europe, and they actually execute
- Obv not everyone is smarter, but the smart people are world-class
- Successful people here are way more down-to-earth. In Europe, successful people care about status and can be arrogant
- Cars. Enough said
- Americans have perfected artificial sweets
- There’s still more freedom here than in Europe
- One thing I didn’t expect: some Americans talk down on America
- As an outsider, that’s weird, because imo it’s still the greatest country on Earth🇺🇸🇺🇸
Nuking the filibuster is NOT the only option for passing the SAVE America Act
There are other ways to break a filibuster that involve neither “nuking” it nor 60 votes
They all involve exhausting the obstructing senators—by making them speak
We haven’t done that
We should—now!
We don’t have 60 votes for the House-passed SAVE America Act
But we do have a simple majority
Given the bill’s widespread bipartisan popularity, we could pass it with a simple majority—by debating it until it passes
I explain how in this clip

Kansas City barbecue was IMMENSE!
Burnt ends, hickory smoked beans and corn (and half of Mrs T’s ribs) 🤤
We head to Texas on Friday, not sure they can top this… 🤔
@jackstackbbq
Yes, the filibuster can make legislating difficult.
But it doesn’t give Senate Republicans an excuse to give up on the SAVE America Act just because there aren’t currently 60 votes for the bill.
We should return to it immediately—and stay on it until it passes.
There is literally *nothing* more important for the Senate to debate and ultimately pass right now than the SAVE America Act.
Everything else pales in comparison.

For as much work as an article involves, you have to keep reposting it to make it worthwhile.
Help us, @realDonaldTrump, you are our only hope.
I know this is not the artistic style you want for our Nation's Capitol. Please help us avoid this appalling abomination of a memorial.
Henry Nowak died the same way a civilization dies: abandoned, handcuffed by authorities who neither trusted nor cared for him, and accused of hate crimes he did not commit. His murder is as tragic as it is enraging. He should still be alive today, and he would be if the last few generations of European elites had stood their ground against the politics of self-hatred and the mass invasion of migrants, many of whom despise the West and the people who love it.
Henry was far from the first to so needlessly lose his life, and I fear he won’t be the last. Each time a life like his is lost, the proper response—the only response—is righteous anger. One of the most important things the Trump administration has proven to the world is that stopping the flow of mass migration and defending national sovereignty is a matter of political will and leadership. Anything else is an excuse.
It is because we love the West that we want to preserve it. We love our civilization. We love our country. We love our children. And nobody—nobody—should ever die the way that Henry Nowak died. May God comfort those who loved him, and may God rest his soul.
Are you tired of Democrats setting the agenda and getting their way even when Republicans control the House, Senate, and White House?
Tired of the “we don’t have 60 votes in the Senate” excuse?
Me too
It’s time to nuke the filibuster
Pass it on if you agree
