@BrittanyFerries going from bad to worse. Get through after calling over 100 times, placed on hold for 50 minutes then cut-off! Get through again have been listening to hold music for 108 minutes now gone silent but appear to still be connected! I NEED TO AMEND MY TRAVEL URGENTLY
@BrittanyFerries I have tried throughout the day to get through to you. You have already closed your phone lines for the day even though it is before the advertised close time of 16:00 - this is beyond a joke
@BrittanyFerries I have received email replies none of which have helped me to amend my booking. I need to speak to someone as we are a disabled booking and cannot amend online as your systems prevent this. Feeling somewhat additionally disadvantaged/ discriminated against by your processes.
@BrittanyFerries been trying to contact you since the beginning of June to urgently amend booking. Travel scheduled next week still no contact other than generic email response. Phone lines off or engaged, we chat impossible to find. Appalling customer service!
Incredibly disappointing to see swimming neglected by @BorisJohnson. That’s why I’m backing @Swim_England#OpenOurPools campaign. You can get involved in the campaignhere https://t.co/eclgEcpqVt
@CotswoldCo appalling customer service. Couriers that don’t turn up and claim “failed attempted delivery”. Promised redelivery never materialised. Complete passing the buck by your customer service team. Still waiting on a senior to call me with a plan to resolve the issue!
@CotswoldCo booked and paid wardrobe for delivery and assembly this morning. No ring of the doorbell and your logistics team claim to have attempted delivery - impossible as we are all home! Delivery men not answering phone or returning voicemails. Absolutely appalling:
