@optimusng Saving with Optimus by Afrinvest @optimusng is a decision I regret deepy. How difficult should it be to simply update my KYC? I've called customer care and sent many emails and still 2 months later my money is still stuck.

@optimusng @optimusng Thank you for celebrating my efforts but it's disheartening that i have been trying to update my KYC for months without success. Countless emails have been sent, several conversations had with customer care still no results.

@optimusng @optimumbyAfrinvest I have been trying to update my KYC for months now without success. Efforts to get this resolved by reaching out to customer care and sending emails has proven futile and my money is stuck. Please just how hard can it be to simply update KYC?
