@myomnipod What good does the pod do if the app crashes and there is no way to retrieve your setting or history? Support said only answer is to reinstall and contact your doctor. Bad answer. It’s after 10pm. No backup, no cloud=disasters for a type 1.

@myomnipod my partners app just crashed, and your support team is telling her she has to uninstall the app and lose all her setting with no way to retrieve the setting. She is being told to contact her doctor to get her setting. It’s 9:38pm. That is not a solution!!! DO BETTER!!
