⚠️ Important: This is based on my understanding of the current structure and should not be treated as an official announcement until confirmed by the relevant team.

🟢 1. PARTNER SIGN IN — KYCPort Partner Console

For an approved Partner/Admin, the expected entry point is:

The Partner does not give their KYCPort password directly to https://t.co/ofD3AGeLBJ.

Instead:

🔵 2. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER LOGIN?

Once the Partner is authenticated and authorized, https://t.co/ofD3AGeLBJ can determine the access assigned to that Partner.

For example:

✅ Workspace access
✅ Screening tools
✅ Source Catalogs
✅ Reports
✅ API access
✅ Other approved compliance features

So, the Partner should not need a completely separate https://t.co/ofD3AGeLBJ identity just to prove who they are if they are entering through the KYCPort Partner SSO flow.

🟡 3. WHERE DOES KYBPort COME IN?

The company side is different.

KYBPort is responsible for company verification and related authorization/upgrade processes.

A simplified structure is:

If this structure is implemented as expected, Partners will eventually be able to access their authorized https://t.co/ofD3AGeLBJ dashboard/workspace through the appropriate access route.

The important point is that Partner authentication and Workspace authentication are two different layers.

KYCPort handles identity and Partner authentication.

KYBPort handles company verification/activation-related processes.

https://t.co/ofD3AGeLBJ provides the compliance workspace where the approved tools, screening, reports and APIs can be accessed.

So, Insha Allah, once Partner authorization and Workspace provisioning are completed, we should be able to use the access assigned to our organization rather than treating https://t.co/ofD3AGeLBJ as just another standalone website.

🚨 KYC, LIVENESS & ST → SDA CONVERSION — MY OBSERVATION

Dear #SidraFamily,

I want to clarify some questions around KYC, KYCPort, Liveness and ST → SDA conversion.

⚠️ Important: This is based on my research and observation, not an official announcement from SidraChain or KYCPort.

🔹 1. KYCPort KYC

KYCPort is primarily designed for identity verification.

AI first checks the submitted information, documents and other verification signals.

✅ Clear cases may be approved automatically.
🟡 Cases requiring further investigation may be sent to a Human Reviewer.

🔹 2. What does Human Review mean?

A user may see:

Decision on record:
“Sent to a person to review”

While showing:

✅ Identity — Verified
✅ Verification — Verified
🟡 Latest Case — With a reviewer
✅ Screening — Clear
✅ Liveness — Passed
⚪ Decided — Not reported

This means the AI checks may already be completed, but the final human decision is still pending.

👉 Identity Verified ≠ necessarily final approval.

🔹 3. Fresh Liveness Check

Some users may see:

“One quick check to finish”

This can mean a fresh Liveness Check is required.

The identity may already be verified, while the system wants to confirm that the real person is currently present and matches the verified identity.

This can be especially important for sensitive activities and may help reduce risks such as multiple accounts or unauthorized account use.

🔹 4. What does completed verification look like?

A completed case may show:

Decision on record: Approved

✅ Identity — Verified
✅ Verification — Verified
✅ Latest Case — Approved
✅ Screening — Clear
✅ Liveness — Passed
✅ Decided

In simple terms:

🟡 AI checks completed → Human decision pending

🟠 KYC verified → Fresh Liveness required

🟢 Approved + Verified + Liveness Passed + Decided → Verification completed

🔹 5. How could this relate to ST → SDA conversion?

This is where I believe Liveness may become important.

If ST → SDA conversion requires stronger identity controls, a fresh Liveness Check could potentially confirm that the person performing the action is the same person who completed the KYC.

This could help reduce risks involving unauthorized users and multiple accounts.

⚠️ However, I have NOT seen an official statement confirming that this is exactly how SidraChain will use Liveness for ST → SDA conversion. This is my analysis based on the verification flow I observed.

🔹 6. “Complete KYC verification before transferring your coins”

Seeing this message does not automatically mean the user's KYCPort KYC failed.

A user may already have:

✅ Identity — Verified
✅ Verification — Verified

while an additional requirement may still be needed for a specific activity within the SidraChain ecosystem.

KYC verification and transaction/security controls are not necessarily the same thing.

🔐 THE BIGGER PICTURE

Basic KYC asks:

“Who are you?”

Stronger security can also ask:

“Are you the same person performing this activity right now?”

That is where:

KYC + AI Risk Detection + Human Review + Liveness

can provide stronger protection against identity fraud, multiple accounts and unauthorized activity.

So, if you are waiting for Human Review or a fresh Liveness Check, it does not necessarily mean your original documents were rejected.

It may simply mean that an additional verification/security requirement is still pending.

⚠️ Again, this is my research and observation, not an official announcement.

We await official clarification from SidraChain/KYCPort regarding the exact requirements for ST → SDA conversion.
