The level of patience I cultivated in trading is something I now look back on in years back and deeply appreciate. There was a time when I made a conscious decision to reshape myself and build this skill and today, I’m truly grateful I did.

I used to be extremely fearful and impatient, but I eventually realized I could never become profitable while operating from those emotions. So I committed to developing the discipline to control them. It didn’t happen overnight, it was gradual but it was intentional and required real dedication.

Sometimes trading pshycology books won't help you to develop certain deciplines, it's you, that'll sit with yourself, have a word with yourself and make the change by yourself.
