@AtheismActually@Maximumatheist The humility of a Christian comes in needing god, not claiming him.
You don't understand this because you've never needed God.
And the nature of sin is neither fictive nor a small price to pay.
Christian's believe we have no hope for redemption without God.
@AtheismActually@Maximumatheist A child is not a narcissist for wanting to have a relationship with his own father, this is because he loves his father regardless of status, and who ever calls that child a narcissist is nothing more than a wolf.
@ThatDudeFlunks@BashKiwalabye@Maximumatheist Punishment is a fitting end for evil.
What’s truly wrong is denying the righteous both free will and a chance to exist because of those who decide to be evil.
@ThatDudeFlunks@BashKiwalabye@Maximumatheist Yes, but he also knew there would be those who would use their free will to love and do what is right.
It would not have been fair to the righteous to be denied existence and free will simply becasuse there would also have been evil people who abuse it.
@SaintArianaN@KamilBaszczyk1@Gryph911 This video Isn’t about the hard choices you make as an adult, or the consequences of your own actions, it’s about how men learn to be compete and strong as children in order to be of use in a centralised world.
Most men don’t complain about how hard the world is, I don’t.
@ThatDudeFlunks@BashKiwalabye@Maximumatheist And sin does require punishment, that’s why we have had a justice system for thousands of years.
Even an imperfect society recognizes a need for Justice, how much more a perfect God?
@ThatDudeFlunks@BashKiwalabye@Maximumatheist That’s the neat part, becasuse every single human has sinned, there isn’t a single person that qualifies for being resurrected.
The good news is that humans don’t have to pay the consequences of sin with their own life, becasuse God already payed the bail.
@ThatDudeFlunks@BashKiwalabye@Maximumatheist Wrong. If god were evil, he would expect no payment from one who destroys life.
That’s a serious offense.
One either has to pay the Justice of god by sacrificing the life of an animal in his place,
or one has to give up his own life to pay for his offense.
@God_Questioner The Bible isn’t just the word of God but a historical record, involving oppression, invasions, and murder, which includes opinions.
Doesnt mean that everything in it is Gods direct will.
@BashKiwalabye@ThatDudeFlunks@Maximumatheist Life is not replaceable to God, and it is not in his will to abuse his power and constantly alter creation or bend anyone to his will as that defeats the point of free will.
The only acceptable way that god deals with sin is sacrifice, a life to pay for sins death.
Balance.
@OmowayeI58398@___TheGOOdWitch I’m not crying about it as my life doesn’t revolve around consumed media.
Though queer movies and representation actually will end, not only because it’s disgusting but once the US falls shortly, that’s pretty much the end for “pride representation”.
