mixing up words when a person has overcome
a severe stutter like Biden is NORMAL,particularly
in speeches.
That Biden persevered and is able to give speeches

@RitaHoeffner8 @JamesTate121 Or maybe you have no clue what to look for. I've seen him so many times change words, flutter his eyes, have blocks on words, and use techniques to reduce his stutter. There was a research study in I think 2019 about his stutter so maybe go look into that.

Stuttering comes in many forms and he twice sounded like he was having a block. What subject he's talking about literally has no influence on his stutter.
