@IndiGo6E Hi there, we travelled 26 hours from New York to take domestic flight from Mumbai to Kolkata 6e138. Paid extra for additional luggage, in the airport kiosk I was told the flight was cancelled, I booked a hotel and rebooked in another airline. But I am struggling to get a refund.
UA 17 London to Newark stuck in ground due to Technical problem. Arrived late and now estimated departing 1.5 hrs late if they are able to fix the issue.

Key lesson for America to learn from the attack on Israel: we cannot be complacent about defending *our own* borders. If it can happen there, it can happen here. Our own border is near-completely porous right now. The Southern Border is a disaster & I visited the Northern Border yesterday which is wide-open for invasion. Hamas picked a moment when Israel is deeply divided over domestic politics, as we are now here at home. Our own foreign policy establishment has focused on distant foreign priorities while leaving us badly vulnerable on border defense, cyber and super-EMP defense, nuclear missile defense, and space-based defenses. We can’t lose sight of that & should use the attacks on Israel as a wake-up call here at home.
@stockrebel@USAndIndia@USAndHyderabad Such bad service they were providing, after 60 days they closed my case as the issue was resolved, in reality, my issues are not resolved, and they asked me to create a new case today during the call with customer care support Kudos to CGI.
@USAndIndia I literally sent 5 emails and 15 calls and I don’t see any response to my emails and for calls I was always told that it will take 8-10 hours to fix the issue. I don’t see that fixed anytime sooner.
@USAndIndia New website is ridiculous. Tiny things can show this was created by someone who had no experience and didn't tested it thoroughly. At least roll over should have been phased to prevent this much inconvenience. Utmost Negligence. And, support just closes case without resolution.
Anyone know how to schedule passport drop-off for US visa renewals on usvisascheduling[.]com? The last page after interview waiver questionnaire isn't working for weeks! Tried many systems, browsers. Emails & phonecalls to helpdesk go unanswered!

@vfsglobalcare 3 weeks that we have opened the case (Last 3 times it was closed without any resolution) and still no answer .
