@TreeHouseBkshop @Opus_Energy Yeah they are chasing me because some used them from March to October 2014. Their record keeping is atrocious. I wonder if they encourage employees to try to chase money from people for bonuses/salary increase. Can’t think of another reason.
@TreeHouseBkshop @Opus_Energy They sent me to debt collectors even though I haven’t ignored them. So be careful. The debt collectors cancelled it quickly though because the claim was ridiculous.
@neilajryan@OVOEnergy@Opus_Energy This happened to me, it was SSE (now OVO) and Opus. It was resolved in 2020. Opus came back in 2023 twice and now 2024. Im going to @ofgem
Had anyone been chased by @Opus_Energy claiming they supplied a property you lived in when they didn’t? I had another supplier. They say they have resolved the issue and stop and then come back after, completely forgetting the resolution. Has anyone experienced this?
@TracyWand@Opus_Energy@ofgem Yes, in 2020. It was resolved and I received an apology then July 2023, September 2023 and now February 2024. I was told I was removed from the client list (never been a client) and now they are back. The citizen advice bureau is helping me now.
@Alexpublic4@BootsUK Its surprising people are being paid to run it. Ive only been able to process an order a couple of times, after trying for days to checkout. At this point it feels intentional, nothing is so bad if people actually try to do it right.
@Yasheenaaaa@virginmedia Just happened to me today. But it was a girl she kept interrupting me because “what she had to say was more important”. Literally just talked over me until I shut up, I was not even complaining.

@loudtoneffc @alistair_rob Yes it did. It took a lot longer because of social distancing you can’t have too people carrying things together. We still have stuff at the old house but managed to get most of the things moved
👉 New advice published on moving house as we fight #coronavirus#covid19
🔹 People should delay moving where possible.
🔹 Estate agents must work remotely to support their clients.
🔹 If your home is on the market, you shouldn’t let buyers visit your home.
@TimMcAvoy1@shamrockbhoy7 Im on the same boat, we neee broadband in order to work and get paid and can not afford double rent. I think this qualifies as one of the reasons why people should be allowed to move.
