I grew up resenting my aunt for being well-off but not helping us financially.
When I started working, I promised myself I’d be a better version of her. I helped siblings, nieces, nephews, family — whoever needed it.
Then Black Tax had me in a chokehold, and eventually debt started catching up with me.
That’s when I learned to set boundaries.
I finally understood that I don’t owe anyone financial support simply because we’re family. And, most importantly, I stopped feeling guilty about it.
Funny how adulthood teaches you to understand the people you once judged.
I might be wrong but if you ask me I feel like midweek services are usually more spiritually enriching than most ‘Sunday celebration services’
Don’t bite me🤣😩
To be prayerless is to be rehearsing atheism.
To be prayerless is to treat God as if He's not really God.
No wonder prayerlessness leads to backsliding.
Brethren, we are not sovereign over our lives. He is. We should constantly plan and commit every part of our lives to Him.
Your boyfriend:
Me and my friend once slept with one girl, and it was fun!
You:
My friend and I did it too with one handsome man, & we had fun!

Ode!
Let her see your soft side, but do not fail to show your hard side when the need arises.
With women, it should always be a carrot and stick approach.
Not carrot and carrot.
That's why you're a man.
Otherwise, you'll be inside water, and soap will still enter your eyes.
End.
When I was still dating, I had a number of exes who would come back, sometimes after months or years, talking about how wrong they now realize they were and how ready they are to make things right, if only I’d give them a second chance. I often felt flattered by it, and at a point, even began to use it as bragging rights. “They always come back because they know no one would treat them better.”
Lmaoo. Now, I’m more aware of how much of a truth that was indeed—and not in a good way.
Let me just advise African men living abroad (overseas).
If you never had a serious relationship in Africa before you relocated, please do not bother coming back home to marry.
Find a woman wherever you're & marry her.
There are good women everywhere.
I hope you listen.

Your marriage is more likely to thrive if you invest in it!
There is something psychologists call the IKEA effect. It is a cognitive bias that helps explain why people place higher value on things they helped to build or create.
The more you invest in your spouse, the more you value him/her.
A woman who has been there for the man through his phases of growth is likely to value him more, because she has a stake in his development. Same goes for men.
Don't just complain about what your spouse is not doing right, help them grow!
They've paid me salary.
This time, I'm not going to send any money to my wife first.
And they're not around anyways.
This evening, I'm going to spoil myself silly with a giant catfish pepper soup.
I'll snap it & send to my wife with caption..
"enjoying my money"
End.
