Between Lagos and Ogun, he spent 5 hours in a hold-up. Around Edo State, he spent another 6 hours in a hold-up.

That is about 11 hours spent stuck in traffic at some spots along the corridor, on a journey that ordinarily should take 12–14 hours.

Edo and Kogi States have some of the worst road networks in the country.

In the last governorship election, the people of Edo said they were voting for the APC so the party could fix some federal roads in the state. Till date, nothing has been done.

My state capital at night looked like a glorified village. You could clearly see the difference in the level of development between the FCT and other states.

For Nigeria to be better, we need to start electing reasonable people at the sub-national levels too. Too many idiots are governing our sub-national governments.
