Today we're excited to introduce Devin, the first AI software engineer.

Devin is the new state-of-the-art on the SWE-Bench coding benchmark, has successfully passed practical engineering interviews from leading AI companies, and has even completed real jobs on Upwork.

Devin is an autonomous agent that solves engineering tasks through the use of its own shell, code editor, and web browser.

When evaluated on the SWE-Bench benchmark, which asks an AI to resolve GitHub issues found in real-world open-source projects, Devin correctly resolves 13.86% of the issues unassisted, far exceeding the previous state-of-the-art model performance of 1.96% unassisted and 4.80% assisted.

Start living life in mock-hackathon-mode.

Randomly take 48 hours out once a month, and get 2 friends with you - one of you must be a designer, one frontend dev, and one backend dev.

Pick the agenda/topics out from any popular hackathons (google it), ask ChatGPT to give you some quick, yet fairly complex project ideas, and start building.

48 hours - set a timer. Live off of snacks, lose some sleep, have little-to-no contact with others, and simply imagine that you're building to win a prize of $1500.

Do this enough times, and you'll have upskilled more than you possibly could by taking courses and other boring shit like that.

Who knows, maybe a few iterations later, you could probably even build a monetizable product that could change your life.

@yashsehgaldev Using a CDN should be your 'go to' way for this.
You can probably even try embedding from unlisted YouTube/Vimeo videos if the player UI isn't an issue
